Conditions for Tax Refund at Optique JOANNY:
- Residence outside the European Union:
- Must reside outside the European Union for more than 6 months per year.
- Purchases:
- Make a purchase exceeding €100 (therefore, from €101) on the same day and in the same store.
- Required Documents:
- Present your original passport at the time of purchase in the store.
Tax Refund Procedure:
- In-store:
- Obtain a tax refund form.
- At the airport (before check-in):
- Go to customs to validate your tax refund voucher at a PABLO automatic kiosk.
- Scanning the code at the PABLO kiosk will validate your tax refund form (via electronic visa or customs stamp) when you leave the European Union.
- Refund:
- Optique JOANNY will process the refund directly to your bank account via your bank card. The refund is processed 48 to 72 hours after leaving European territory. (EU)
Important Points:
Without validation by PABLO or a customs stamp, the refund cannot be processed.
The tax refund corresponds to the recovery of 20% VAT on your purchases.
It is important to keep the tax refund form safe, to be able to follow up if necessary.
It is important to allow sufficient time before check-in, to validate the tax refund form at the PABLO kiosks.
Without validation by PABLO or a customs stamp, the refund cannot be processed.

- Résidence hors Union Européenne :
- Être résident hors de l’Union Européenne plus de 6 mois par an.
- Achats :
- Effectuer un achat supérieur à 100 € (donc à partir de 101 €) le même jour et dans la même boutique.
- Documents requis :
- Présenter votre passeport lors de l’achat en boutique.
Procédure de détaxe :
- En boutique :
- Obtenir un bordereau de détaxe.
- À l’aéroport (avant l’enregistrement des bagages) :
- Se rendre à la douane pour valider votre bon de détaxe sur une borne automatique PABLO.
- Le passage à la borne PABLO validera votre bordereau de détaxe (par visa électronique ou tampon douanier) lors de votre départ de l’Union Européenne.
- Remboursement :
- Les opticiens JOANNY effectueront le remboursement directement sur votre compte bancaire via votre carte bancaire. 48h à 72h après avoir quitté le territoire Européen.( EU)
Points importants :
- La détaxe correspond à la récupération de 20 % de TVA sur vos achats.
- Il est important de bien conserver le bordereau de détaxe, pour pouvoir effectuer un suivi si nécessaire.
- Il est important de prévoir suffisamment de temps avant l’enregistrement des bagages, pour valider le bordereau de détaxe aux bornes PABLO.
- Sans validation par PABLO ou tampon des douanes, le remboursement ne pourra pas être effectué.

退稅金額相當於您購物所含 20% 增值稅（VAT）的回饋。
